Team Terms & Conditions Agreement

Please carefully read the terms below before signing this agreement.

1️⃣ SCOPE OF WORK The Team Member agrees to perform the tasks and duties assigned by GlobalW for specific client projects. All tasks must be completed responsibly, ethically, and within the agreed deadlines. 2️⃣ CONFIDENTIALITY & NON-DISCLOSURE All project details, client information, and assets are strictly confidential. No data may be shared with anyone outside GlobalW or the client without written permission. 3️⃣ OWNERSHIP OF WORK All deliverables, code, or designs created under this agreement belong solely to GlobalW and its clients. They cannot be reused or resold without written approval. 4️⃣ PAYMENT TERMS Payments will be released only after successful completion and approval of work. No advance will be issued unless agreed in writing. 5️⃣ COMMUNICATION & REPORTING Team members must maintain regular communication with the assigned project manager and share updates as required. 6️⃣ QUALITY & ORIGINALITY All work must be original and free from plagiarism or copyright violations. 7️⃣ TOOLS & RESOURCES Any credentials, files, or assets provided by GlobalW must be used only for project purposes. 8️⃣ TERMINATION GlobalW reserves the right to terminate this agreement for confidentiality breaches, misconduct, or unprofessional behavior. 9️⃣ INDEMNITY The Team Member shall indemnify and hold GlobalW harmless from any claims or damages resulting from negligence or violations. 🔟 GOVERNING LAW This agreement is governed under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and disputes will be handled under Kolkata, West Bengal jurisdiction. 11️⃣ DIGITAL SIGNATURE VALIDITY This digitally signed document is legally valid under the IT Act, 2000.
